Art Club

 

Mission Statement:  The ACA Intermediate Art Club strives to provide additional enrichment opportunities in fine arts to 4th & 5th grade students, while simultaneously developing leadership skills, self-awareness, personal responsibility, & community involvement with the promotion of the arts.  In the Intermediate Art Club, we will work on developing creative expression through art.  We will also work on developing our cultural and social awareness by learning about the many ways art affects our lives, our communities, & our world on a daily basis.

 

Art Club Requirements:

 

• Be a 4th or 5th Grade student at ACA Intermediate
• Have a love of art and a desire to do extra!
• Be able to stay after school from 4-5PM on meeting days & be picked up promptly at 5PM                     
• Have passing grades in all classes and good conduct.  
• Must follow all the art room rules and procedures in class and in the Art Club!
