Intermediate Genre Information

STUDENTS: HOW TO RECEIVE BOOK CLUB AWARD

1. Every genre needs to be completely filled out, including a parent/guardian signature. (If you don't have enough space to write a summary, use a separate sheet of paper. Typing is accepted as well.)

2. Every passport page needs the Griffin Stamp for 1st-5th grade levels. Please see the librarian for your stamps. (Kindergarten only needs one stamp once complete.)

3. Once the entire passport is complete, your student's name will be added to receive the awards for their campus.

4. Don't worry, you will get to keep your passport!
